Patnem Arts Hub – Handmade Gifts Exchange & Refund Policy

All items are handmade by different local artisans and creators. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in finish, colour, and form.

We do not offer discounts, as all pricing reflects the time, skill, and craftsmanship of our makers.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you are genuinely unhappy with your item, please let us know within 3 days of purchase.

We will do our best to offer a fair solution, which may include an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days with proof of receipt.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

If an item is damaged at the time of sale, we will gladly offer an exchange.

We are not responsible for damages once items have left the studio.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review and offer an exchange or store credit where possible.

All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
