Patnem Arts Hub – Class Booking Policy
Online Bookings
All classes can be booked via www.patnemartshub.in or by WhatsApp +919607406569
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Walk-in Guests
A ₹1000 advance deposit is required to confirm your spot.
Payment can be made via cash or GPay (louise.fernandes81@okhdfcbank).
This amount will be adjusted against your final class fee.
Please note: The deposit is non-refundable if two consecutive classes are missed or in case of no-show.
Class Attendance
Spaces are limited to maintain a focused and supportive creative environment.
Arriving on time ensures you get the most out of your session.
Firing Charges
Firing is offered at the discretion of the teacher.
Charges start at ₹200 per piece and may vary depending on size and thickness.
Please note: While all care is taken, the firing process carries natural risks. Cracking or breakage can occur, and payment is still required regardless of the outcome.
Collection of Work
Finished pieces must be collected within the advised timeframe.
We are unable to store work for extended periods.
Shipping
Shipping within India can be arranged on special request at an additional cost.
Packaging is done carefully, but shipping is at the customer’s risk.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend, please inform us in advance.
We are happy to offer one reschedule per booking, subject to availability.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered a no-show and no refund given.
